Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers announced the appointment of Alan Ferguson as Chief Executive Officer of US Assure, effective September 1, 2025. Alan will continue to serve as President of US Assure while assuming the CEO role, succeeding Ty Petway, who will retire after more than 30 years of dedicated leadership and service.
